FAQ.

  • You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. You are not locked into a contract.

    To cancel your subscriptiom email us with 7 days notice at hello@soulflexible.com.au

  • You can update your details by clicking on manage my account at the bottom of our website.

  • We don’t offer a free trial at this stage.

    Our memberships are $24 per month, you are not locked into a contract and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • We recommend if you are injured that you seek approval to exercise from your Doctor or Allied Health Care Professional.

    If you’ve had your injury for some time, have approval to exercise and know how to manage your injury - we recommend if any of our exercises or classes cause you pain you stop immediately and reassess your circumstances with your Doctor or Allied Health Care Professional.

    Please ensure that you are choosing the appropriate classes and taking the appropriate options that are best suited to your level and ability.

    If you have any doubts, please contact us directly via email and we can help guide you to the best classes or the best option for you.

  • If you are in your 1st trimester you can practice any of our classes (within your ability and fitness level).

    We do recommend that if you haven’t exercised in a while that you consult your Doctor or Women’s Health Professional prior to commencing a new exercise program.

    If you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester we recommend that you practice our Pregnancy classes because these are specifically designed for you and your little one.
